Aamir Khan Kiran Rao lose their baby

The superstar’s wife has had a miscarriage

Since the last few months, Kiran Rao, the wife of Aamir Khan, has been in and out of hospitals a number of times. Kiran was pregnant with the couple’s first child and her visits to the hospital were seen as routine health check ups. 

But now, Aamir has revealed on his blog that Kiran has had a miscarriage. 

“I have bad news folks...Kiran and I lost our baby…Despite our best efforts we were unable to avert a miscarriage…The last 2 months have been a struggle for us and that is one of the reasons I was absent from the blog in more ways than one…K (Kiran) and I need time to heal… 
I will be away for a while,” Aamir revealed. 

From the tone of the post, it’s clear that Aamir is saddened by the loss of his first baby with Kiran. He already has two kids from his previous marriage. 

In the last few months, Aamir and Kiran have been keeping very busy with their home production Dhobi Ghaat which Kiran is directing. 

Many fans have been offering their condolences to Aamir and Kiran on the actor’s blog. 

Our heart, too, goes out to the couple.
