Ready Film is now Ready exclusive

Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film Ready is the remake of a Telugu superhit with the same name. The movie stars Salman Khan and the vivacious Asin. So, what’s the film Ready about?

Since it’s a remake of Telugu film Ready, the storyline is no different. Salman plays a man who tries to help his friend in getting married to his love of life but instead kidnaps another girl by mistake, played by Asin. The movie promises to be a laugh riot, and boasts a huge star cast and funny, eccentric characters. Most part of the film was shot in the exotic locales of Sri Lanka, for which the makers, especially Asin had to face severe criticism from the South film fraternity.

The original film featuring Ram and Genelia D’Souza released in the year 2008 was a big hit and cashing in on its success, other remakes in Tamil and Kannada were also made. Surprisingly, all the remakes did extremely well at the box office.

The makers of Hindi remake are also expecting the same magic. Ready is all set to hit the theatres on June 3.
