This Friday’s release Game promises glamour galore. It has four actresses with acting styles and onscreen images as different from each other as chalk is from cheese. Helming the female brigade in this whodunit thriller is Kangana Ranaut.

Kangana is mostly known to play disturbed characters, though her last release Tanu Weds Manu had her playing a rebellious girl from UP who’s out to ward off an NRI suitor.

In Game Kangana turns into a gutsy detective Sia Agnihotri. Her character wields guns and busts crime rackets. The plot thickens when she stumbles upon a case of her lifetime. It’s a case that involves many characters like a casino owner (Abhishek Bachchan), a Bollywood actor (Jimmy Shergill) and a rich billionaire (Anupam Kher).

Game would mark the debut of Sarah Jane Dias who started her career with modeling and then graduated to TV as Channel [V] host. This beautiful girl was just 14 when she won Miss India Oman in 1997. The next milestone in her career was winning the Miss India crown in 2007.

In Game, Sarah plays a mystery woman and is paired with Abhishek Bachchan. She also scorches the screen with her scintillating item song Kaise Sunao Mein Yeh Dastaan.

Shahana Goswami has already left her mark in films like Rock On, Ru Ba Ru and Firaaq. In Game, she plays a crime journalist whose career is going nowhere. But then she is offered a journalist scoop that changes her career.

“I think Game is exciting and a gripping thriller. It has some great actors and a very different and interesting look. I hope the film does well,” Shahana is quoted to have said about the film.
