Salman Khan celebrates indias victory

While the whole of tinsel town had been busy tweeting their excitement about India’s heart-stopping encounter against Pakistan in the semi-finals of the cricket world cup, Salman Khan had kept tight-lipped. But when India won at Mohali on Wednesday, Salman broke into celebrations.

We hear the actor watched the match in Mumbai with a bunch of close friends. And when the men in blue trumped their arch rivals, Salman decided to celebrate the occasion at a Bandra pub.

The Sallu and gang partied hard and danced all night until cops intervened in the wee hours of Thursday morning after apparently receiving a complaint from a resident over loud music.

The party came to a halt and Salman did succeed in evading the media gathered outside by sneaking out of the back door.

According to a source, the reason why Salman hasn’t talked anything publicly or on Twitter about the India-Pak match is that he still hasn’t forgotten how his remark to a Pak TV about the Mumbai terror attack was misconstrued by the media a few months back. So he’s playing safe, though he’s been rooting for team India all through.
