Salman Khan will play cameo Narmmadaa Ahuja debut
When it comes to promoting young talent, Salman Khan is known to show alacrity. The latest we hear is that he will make a cameo appearance in newbie Narmmadaa Ahuja’s film.
Narmmadaa who, did you ask? Well, she is the lovely daughter of Salman’s good friend Govinda. The debutante isn’t having a Bollywood launch as big and lavish as that of Sonakshi Sinha -- and that presumably did tick Govinda off, for his good friend did choose Sonakshi over Narmmadaa for Dabangg -- but Govinda is now looking at the bright side of things and going all out to ensure that his daughter makes as much mark as Shotgun’s with her first film.
Narmmadaa will step into Bollywood with a film that will also introduce boxer Vijender Singh. Director Lovely Singh is already said to be modifying the script to make space for not just Govinda but also Salman.
We hear that the two stars will have just cameo roles, though Govinda’s role could be extended. He might actually play Narmmadaa’s father in the yet untitled film.
But it’s the brief presence of Salman that’s going to grab the eyeballs without taking attention away from Narmmadaa. Isn’t that what dear dad Govinda wants?
