Katrina Kaif or Aishwarya Rai to be considered

After canning his much talked about project Heroine for lack for a suitable actress, director Madhur Bhandarkar has reportedly revived the film and wants either Aishwarya Rai or Katrina Kaif to play the lead role.

The film is roughly based on the life of the Hollywood stunner Marilyn Monroe. The film’s script was written keeping Kareena Kapoor in mind. But Bebo had certain issues with her role in the film and did not sign on the dotted line. A dejected Bhandarkar had resultantly shelved the film.

But now, the project has been revived and its producers UTV are keen to rope in Aishwarya Rai. However, as another choice, Katrina Kaif is also under consideration.

Heroine tells the story of a talented actress who becomes the victim of her own success. It’s an intense role and both Ash and Kat fit the bill. But obviously only one of them can bag the part.
