Tanu Weds Manu Has Decent Openings Start In North

Tanu Weds Manu took a decent openings start in the North with the Delhi NCR being around 50-55%. A few theatres even opened to full houses. Ludhiana and Chandigarh were also decent. The rest of the country ranged 25-40% at multiplexes. Overall the opening can be called average thanks to decent collections in the North.

The film did not have much face value but the music has helped the film to get a half decent start at the box office and now will depend on the public reports.

The film has managed a good release of around 700 theatres mainly due to the fact that single screens had no other film to play as the films since Yamla Pagla Deewana have had very poor runs at single screens.
