New Releases Take Poor Opening First Day

There were many releases this week but none managed to take an opening. Yeh Saali Zindagi was the best with around 15-20% opening followed by Utt Pataang at 5-10%.Tum Hi Toh Ho, United Six and Hum Duno Rangeen (very Llmited release) registered very small collections.

None of the films are carrying encouraging reports so are not likely to make any impact at the box office. Weekend business could be slightly better for 1 or 2 of the films but not good enough to make a significant change in the fate of the film.

The Hollywood release Sanctum in English and Hindi also opened to a dull response of 15-20%.
