Yamla Pagla Deewana Opening All india average

The opening of Yamla Pagla Deewana at theatres ranged from 30-100% depending on location. Punjab was by far the best with cities like Amritsar, Jalandhar, Chandigarh and Ludhiana recording full houses. The collections at cinemas in these places are likely to be records for day one. But on the other hand there was Mumbai city and South which had just 30-35% collections and will need good word of mouth to pick up.


Delhi/UP and Haryana was best after Punjab with a 60-70% opening, other places were in the 40-50% range. On an all India basis its a Good/Average opening. Overall the film will have to pick up in Mumbai city so the collections look healthy as Mumbai has a large contribution to the all India tally.
